Bella

Bella Thompson is an Associate Marriage and Family Therapist with over 7 years of experience in the mental health field. She specializes in being a clinician helping individuals and couples navigate life's challenges, including anxiety, depression, relationship issues, and trauma. Bella uses a compassionate, client-centered approach to therapy, incorporating techniques from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Psychodynamic Therapy and Solution-Focused Therapy.


After serving in the U.S. Navy and receiving an Honorable discharge, Bella earned her Master’s degree from Alliant University in Irvine California. She has worked in a variety of settings, including community mental health centers, clinics, and private practice. Her diverse experience has equipped her with a deep understanding of the complexities of mental health and the importance of a psychoanalytic approach to treatment. In addition to her clinical work, Bella is passionate about mental health education and advocacy being aimed at reducing the stigma surrounding mental health and promoting wellness in the individual as well as in the community.


Private-pay fee: $100 for individuals, $130 for couples/families

Brittany

Brittany Purdy Angeja has been a practicing therapist for 12 years and in private practice for seven. She loves working with individuals struggling with self-compassion, boundary issues, and mood disorders such as depression and anxiety. She has extensive background in working with trauma and utilizes a trauma-informed, eclectic approach with each client.


Brittany has greatly enjoyed trainings on Highly Sensitive People and Nervous System regulation techniques. She pulls from this knowledge with many clients to regulate their bodies and build self-love. Clients often report feeling relaxed in sessions with Brittany due to her casual, straight-forward approach; she enjoys showing clients that therapy doesn’t have to be something we fear, but rather something we look forward to.

Raquel

Raquel McNair has been a practicing therapist for 5 years.  She has practiced in non-profit settings, as well as private practice.  She enjoys working with couples and individuals struggling with anxiety, depression, self-esteem, boundaries and anger, as well as those who have experienced trauma in their lives. She is certified in Anger Management and is a Certified Trauma Professional. Raquel provides Christian Counseling, as her faith is a vital part of who she is. 


She believes every individual is unique, and thus uses an eclectic approach with each client.  It brings her great joy to see individuals grow and heal to become all that they were created to be.

Jessica

Jessica Walling is an Associate Marriage and Family Therapist and Associate Professional Clinical Counselor who has been practicing for over 2 years and has 12 years of mental and health care experience. As a clinician, she specializes in trauma recovery, helping individuals and couples navigate life's challenges which includes anxiety, depression, PTSD and relationship issues. Jesscia uses an integrated, client-centered approach to therapy, incorporating techniques from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Cognitive Processing Therapy, A Window Between Worlds Art therapy, and Solution-Focused Therapy.


Jessica is a military wife and mother. She has a background in domestic violence prevention and non-profit work. She comes from a trauma clinic and pulls from this knowledge to create a welcoming and safe place for her clients. Jessica believes that the therapeutic space is for clients to find their way to self-healing, and she provides a comfortable atmosphere to do this.
